No — the Android app is a separate NPR 499 a month add-on, and it works on every plan including Starter. One add-on covers the whole workspace: every staff member can sign in on their own phone at no extra cost per person, and there is no limit on notifications.

Your account stays fully usable through a short grace period after the renewal date. If it passes without a payment, access to the dashboard and public website is paused until you renew. Nothing is deleted — your records are exactly as you left them.
