Terms of Service
Terms for using Rentrovia websites, demos, subscriptions, setup work, and related services.
1. Agreement to these terms
By visiting rentrovia.com, requesting a demo, creating an account, or using Rentrovia services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Rentrovia for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that organization's behalf.
2. Rentrovia services
Rentrovia provides vehicle rental CRM, fleet management, booking, billing, communication, CMS, and website tools. Modules, pricing, onboarding, Custom Domains setup, support levels, and setup dates may be confirmed in a separate written order, invoice, proposal, or customer agreement.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, limiting access to authorized users, and promptly notifying Rentrovia about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including activity by staff, contractors, and administrators you invite.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of business data, customer records, vehicle information, uploaded media, bookings, invoices, and other content submitted to Rentrovia. You grant Rentrovia the limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data as needed to provide and support the services.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Rentrovia to break laws, infringe rights, send abusive or unlawful communications, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, scrape protected areas, bypass security controls, or interfere with service reliability.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Fees, billing intervals, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable order, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, paid access may be suspended for overdue amounts after reasonable notice.
7. Third-party services
Rentrovia may integrate with hosting, email, SMS, Custom Domains providers, storage, analytics, payment, or other third-party providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms. Rentrovia is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes caused by third-party providers outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
Rentrovia owns the software, design system, product flows, docs, branding, and website content, except for customer data and third-party materials. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create competing services from Rentrovia without written permission.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Rentrovia reliable, but the services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security response, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control. We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features when needed, while aiming to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.
10. Confidentiality
Non-public business, technical, pricing, customer, and rental information shared between Rentrovia and a customer must be treated as confidential unless it is already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Rentrovia is provided on an as-available basis except where a written agreement states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentrovia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to Rentrovia for the affected service during the three months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
Either party may end service according to the applicable order or agreement. Rentrovia may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, illegal use, or unpaid fees. After termination, we may retain limited records as required for backups, legal, tax, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest effective date. Continued use of Rentrovia after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
