How do I download a rental agreement and edit the terms?
Download a booking agreement PDF and customise the clauses printed from Settings → General.

On a booking detail page, open More actions and choose Agreement PDF to download the rental agreement for that booking. The clauses come from your workspace settings — edit them once, and every new PDF uses the updated text.
Editing agreement terms
Go to Settings → General and find Agreement terms & conditions. Enter one clause per line. Those lines appear on rental agreement PDFs. If you leave the field blank, Rentrovia falls back to platform default terms.
Invoice terms are separate
On the same settings page, Invoice terms & conditions control what prints on customer invoice PDFs. Agreement terms do not change invoice wording, and invoice terms do not change the rental agreement.
