How does workspace currency work?
Set the default Currency in Settings → General; override it per booking, expense, or salary record when needed.

In Settings → General, set Currency as a three-letter code (for example NPR). That is the workspace default for new money fields. Rentrovia does not auto-convert between currencies — each record stores the code you choose.
Per-record overrides
Bookings (Pricing step), office expenses, vehicle money fields, and salary entries can each set their own Currency. Use that when a single rental or cost is not in the workspace default.
