How do I configure booking and vehicle alert triggers?
Turn SMS triggers on or off, set reminder timing, and set the owner alerts phone under Settings → Notifications.

Open Settings → Notifications. Here you set the Owner alerts phone, booking reminder timing, and master Triggers. A message only sends when both the trigger here and the matching SMS template are enabled, and SMS dispatch is set up.
Owner alerts phone
Set Override phone for booking and vehicle owner SMS. If blank, Rentrovia uses the workspace contact phone. The form shows Effective: when a number will actually be used.
Booking reminders
- Reminder lead time (days) — default 3
- Minimum booking duration (days) — default 7 (shorter bookings skip the pre-end reminder)
- Auto-complete grace (hours) — default 5
Triggers
Toggle: On booking created, Reminder before end, On booking completed, Vehicle expiry alert, Vehicle expiry renewed, EMI installment due. Save with Save changes.
