How do I put my rental site on my own domain?

Custom domains are available on Growth and Enterprise. Starter workspaces stay on your-slug.rentrovia.com. Today there is no self-serve domain screen in the tenant CRM — you prepare DNS, then open a Support ticket so the platform team attaches and verifies the host.

What you can point

• Marketing site — your public rental website.
• Tenant CRM — the operations app staff use to log in.

Most businesses start with the marketing site (for example www.yourcompany.com).

DNS you prepare

1. Add an A or CNAME record for your host as instructed in the Support reply (often toward Rentrovia’s proxy host).
2. Add a TXT record at _vcs-verify.your-host with the verification token we give you.
3. If you use Cloudflare, keep that hostname DNS-only (grey cloud) so verification and certificates work.

Statuses you may see

While we attach the domain: Awaiting DNS, Verifying, Verified, or Verification failed. Failed usually means the TXT record is missing, cached, or the host is proxied incorrectly.
