Starter, Growth and Enterprise, what the 14-day free trial includes, and where live plan prices come from.

Rentrovia sells workspace access in plan tiers. Your plan sets vehicle limits, bundled features, and whether you can pay online. Prices shown at checkout come from the live plan catalogue in Settings → Subscription. The public pricing page uses the same catalogue when it is reachable. If the API is down, the site shows fallback marketing figures. Always confirm the amount on the Subscription screen before you pay.
The three plans
- Starter — full CRM, rental website on yourname.rentrovia.com, and a smaller vehicle cap. The mobile app is a paid add-on on this tier.
- Growth — everything in Starter, plus your own domain, your own SMS sender ID, AI-written vehicle descriptions, and the mobile app included rather than an add-on. Higher vehicle cap.
- Enterprise — unlimited vehicles and tailored terms. The pricing card shows Contact sales. Enterprise does not appear in self-serve Khalti checkout.
Marketing pages may quote example monthly and yearly prices. Those figures can lag behind the catalogue. The numbers on your Subscription page are what Khalti will charge.
Your 14-day free trial
Self-serve signup creates a Free trial workspace for 14 days. No card is required at registration. Internally the account runs on Starter limits, but Settings labels it Your trial, not a paid plan. The shell banner reads Free trial — X days left and Your workspace pauses on {date} unless you pick a plan.
Included in your trial
- CRM modules — bookings, customers, vehicles, invoices, calendar and analytics.
- Your public website and CMS pages, posts and media.
- Vehicles up to your plan cap, shown under Vehicles on Subscription.
Not in the trial
- SMS and Nepali translation — billed per use, so they stay off until you pick a paid plan.
- AI content — requires Growth or Enterprise once you subscribe.
- Mobile app — a paid add-on; talk to us to enable it during trial.
- Custom domain — available from Growth upward after you subscribe.
A successful subscription payment converts the workspace to a live account and clears the trial expiry. Before paying, confirm the selected plan, cycle, amount, and renewal date on the checkout screen.
Where to compare plans
Open Settings → Subscription. Toggle Monthly or Yearly. Yearly plans often show Save ~X% vs monthly. Exact savings depend on the live catalogue, not the marketing page.
