How do I use prebookings before creating a booking?

Open Prebookings in the sidebar and choose New prebook. Prebooks capture future rental intent from calls and walk-ins before you create a full booking. When the customer is ready, use Convert to booking to open the booking form with the prebook details filled in.

Statuses

Prebooks move through Open, Reviewed, Converted, Expired, and Cancelled. Use Mark reviewed when someone has followed up. Converted prebooks are not deleted — they stay as history.

Converting to a booking

On the prebook detail page, choose Convert to booking. If the customer is blacklisted, Rentrovia blocks the convert with a Blacklisted customer alert — clear or override that policy before continuing.

Draft pricing

You can store draft daily or hourly rates, discounts, and a Currency on the prebook. These are planning numbers until you convert; the real booking still runs through the normal pricing step.
