Where do in-app notifications and expiry alerts appear?
Use the Notifications feed for operational updates, and understand bluebook/insurance expiry alerts within 30 days.

Open Notifications in the sidebar (or the bell in the top bar) for operational updates on bookings, fleet, expenses, HR, and calendar. This feed is separate from SMS — both can fire for the same event when configured.
Using the feed
Filter All, Unread, or Read, and by category. Use Mark all read when you have caught up. Your role needs the App notifications module enabled.
Document expiry
With Vehicle expiry alert on, Rentrovia warns when a vehicle’s bluebook or insurance expiry is within 30 days. Vehicle expiry renewed notifies when those dates are pushed forward. Owner SMS uses the alerts phone from Settings → Notifications.
