What does the free trial include, and what is locked?
See what the 14-day trial unlocks, which paid features stay locked, and what happens when the trial ends.

New workspaces get a free trial. In Settings → Subscription under Your trial, see when the trial ends and how many vehicles you are using against the trial cap. A top banner also shows days left with See plans.
Included in your trial
CRM modules (bookings, customers, vehicles, invoices, calendar, analytics), your public site at your-slug.rentrovia.com, CMS pages/posts/media, and the trial vehicle limit (or unlimited when no cap applies).
Not in the trial
Locked until you pick a paid plan: SMS, Nepali translation, AI content, and the Mobile add-on. Custom domain is also not part of the trial. These cost money per use or per setup, so they stay off during the trial.
When the trial ends
Access pauses; your data is kept. Choose a plan to continue. See renewal and grace guides if you later let a paid subscription lapse.
